Retainer Fee: Based on skills and experience (to be discussed during the interview) – Avg Rs. 7000 – 8000 / month

About the Role:

Highmax Media is looking for passionate and creative freelance Graphics Designers who are eager to grow and make an impact. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to one year of experience, we want to hear from you! This role is remote but requires that you are based in Mumbai for regular one-on-one meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing social media posts & videos

• Creating logos and branding materials

• Print media design (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.)

• Illustrations for digital and print use

• Designing graphics for websites and online ads

Required Software Proficiency:

• Photoshop

• Corel Draw

• Adobe Illustrator

• (Optional: Any other software like Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects)

Skills & Qualities:

• Creativity and a fresh, innovative approach to design

• Passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work within tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Attention to detail and patience

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively

Who We’re Looking For:

• Freelancers with a passion for design are encouraged to apply

• Must be Mumbai-based (for occasional in-person meetings)

• Should have your own system and the required software to perform tasks efficiently

• Willing to dedicate 8 hours/day of work, with Sundays off (extra hours may occasionally be required depending on workload)
